ListingMinds is responsible for your personal data on this website. Contact: hello@listingminds.com.

• Early-access sign-up: your email address and the choices you make, to send you one email when access opens and, only if you tick its box, the weekly Opportunity Brief, in weeks with relevant opportunities. Basis: your consent, given by submitting the form; you can withdraw it at any time.
• Interest in future markets: your email address and the markets you choose (and your company and role, if you give them), to email you once for each market if we open coverage of it. Basis: your request; for the Opportunity Brief, if you tick its box, your consent.
• With each sign-up we keep the wording you agreed to, to show your consent, and the page and link that brought you, to see which pages help. Basis: our legal obligation, and our legitimate interest.
• Our servers keep your IP address in short-lived logs to deliver, protect and count visits to the website, and we keep the messages you send to hello@listingminds.com to answer them. Basis: our legitimate interest.
• We send a daily summary to our own mailbox. For each new sign-up it shows the domain of the email address (or “personal email”), the choices made and the page the sign-up came from, never the address or a name. It also counts the people who unsubscribed or deleted their details, without identifying anyone.

Giving your address is voluntary; without it we can’t send what you asked for.

Some of them process data outside the EU, only under the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we keep only two coded fingerprints of your address, each for 12 months: one so we do not sign you up again by mistake, and one so the deletion also reaches the ListingMinds application after launch. Details for our daily sign-up summary (the domain of your address, your choices, the page you signed up on): 24 hours until you confirm, then 4 days; removed at once if you unsubscribe or delete your details.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can delete your details yourself: ask for a link on the Delete my details page. For any other request, write to hello@listingminds.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
